Everyone’s routine has a blind spot. Allergic to stretching? Hate to lift? Animal Flow is a fun way to bring it all together: strength, cardio, mobility/flexibility, balance, agility, power, endurance, and athletic skill. Go ahead and doubt it (I did) but be sure to try it!

Researchers found that Animal Flow’s “ground-based training” significantly improved male and female subjects’ Functional Movement Screen (FMS) scores, active range of motion at various joints, whole-body stabilization and flexibility in just eight weeks.
